The brilliant color tinged with gold and silver announces a deep and greedy nose with scents of candied orange, pastry, then fresher notes of pineapple, passion fruit and verbena upon airing. Harmonious on the palate, its enveloping and precise attack gives way to a very fresh mid-palate and a saline finish.
The color is a glissening ruby. On the nose, the aromas combine tangy currant, cherries, fresh spices, as well as a delicate woody note. The attack is supple, tasty, refreshing and precise. The crunchy fruit is stretched by fine and silky tannins.
Our grandes cuvées 2020 are still in aging! They should be ready by the end of 2022. Patience is key.
